Join Tara Smith, ARI board member and professor of philosophy at the University of Texas at Austin, for a panel discussion of her latest book Judicial Review in an Objective Legal System. The event is co-sponsored by the Anthem Foundation for Objectivist Scholarship and the Georgetown Center for the Constitution.

Smith will be joined by panelists, Professors Thomas Colby and Jonathan Turley, both of George Washington University School of Law.
