Tara Smith Discusses Her New Book with the Federalist Society [Update]
Tara Smith, professor of philosophy at the University of Texas at Austin, will discuss her new book, Judicial Review in an Objective Legal System, which seeks to chart a distinctive course for genuinely objective constitutional review. (Dr. Smith also spoke on the book at last year’s Objectivist summer conference.)
The discussion will be hosted by the Federalist Society via teleconference, this Friday, October 30, 2015 at 2 PM eastern. Although the live teleconference will only be made available to Federalist Society members, a recording of the discussion will eventually be posted to the Federalist Society Blog, which can be found here.
